You’ll collaborate with a cross‑functional ecosystem of engineers, clinicians, designers, operators, data scientists, and commercial teams to solve complex challenges that directly impact patient access, health system performance, and pharmacy growth. What You’ll Do As the Senior Product Manager – Specialty Pharmacy , you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution of a configurable SaaS platform that enables health systems to build and optimize their specialty pharmacy operations. Primary Impact: You will accelerate health system autonomy by delivering a modular, automated, and scalable platform that improves patient access, operational efficiency, and margin performance. Key Responsibilities Own and define the long‑term product strategy and roadmap for Omnicell’s Specialty Pharmacy platform, grounded in market trends, regulatory shifts, competitive intelligence, and deep customer research. Transform the current managed service offering into a modular, configurable SaaS platform on OmniSphere that scales efficiently across health systems. Lead cross‑functional development with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Operations, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to ensure high‑quality delivery, launch readiness, and continuous alignment across the business. Engage directly with customers—including health system leaders, pharmacists, and prescribers—to uncover unmet needs, validate assumptions, conduct workflow observations, and shape product direction. Drive rigorous prioritization, balancing customer value, strategic relevance, technical considerations, innovation, and technical debt. Develop clear value propositions, product positioning, and pricing insights to support go‑to‑market activation and commercial success. Ensure regulatory, clinical, and operational compliance, collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts. Monitor performance and adoption, identifying opportunities to accelerate time‑to‑value, reduce costs, and strengthen customer satisfaction. Who You Are You are a strategic, data‑driven product leader with the ability to translate complex workflows into elegant product solutions and influence across diverse stakeholder groups. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex technology solutions (SaaS, platforms, workflow systems, or health IT). Experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, care management, health system solutions, or medical benefit / claims workflows. Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows (e.g., benefits verification, prior authorization, HUB services, payer engagement). Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort defining metrics and interpreting insights. Preferred Qualifications 0-1 experience taking products from concept to commercialization in a SaaS Experience with platform or modular ecosystem architectures. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), EHR integrations, or pharmacy systems. Experience managing regulated healthcare products or working in health system environments. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MS) a plus. Customer‑facing experience in product, consulting, implementation, or technical roles. Proficiency with modern product management and AI-enabled prototyping tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma AI, Builder.io). Proven ability to translate user workflows and business models into structured platform capabilities and modular architecture.
