About the Role MiniMed is looking for a Sr R&D Engineering Manager for our New Ventures Group. This group is focused on developing new diabetes systems, products and solutions in an inorganic, accelerator environment. The Sr R&D Manger is responsible for driving the technical strategy and execution of projects that deliver products for patients in need of emerging solutions to help manage their diabetes. Leveraging a broad and diverse technical experience and skillset, this leader will provide technical leadership and direction to and collaborate with a cross-functional program development team including co-collaborators, outside partners and internal members with expertise from a wide variety of engineering and product development disciplines.
