Our client, Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sr. Recruiter, Manufacturing to join their team. As a Sr. Recruiter, Manufacturing, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting manufacturing engineering, automation, production leadership, and related roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Identify and attract top talent for high-volume manufacturing, operations, and industrial roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Utilize Workday and other tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process What's Needed? 8-10 years of proven experience in sourcing and hiring for manufacturing or industrial roles BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems strongly preferred Ability to work on-site at the San Jose headquarters five days a week Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on diversity and inclusion Demonstrates competency in written and verbal English communications to understand safety protocols, hazard communications, and standard operational procedures (SOPs) required to ensure the safety of the employee and ot
