Overview: Description Location: 100% Remote is OK Work Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours (e.g., 9am-5pm CT) Business Casual if work is performed onsite The Senior Resiliency Analyst supports enterprise disaster recovery by developing, maintaining, and improving DR plans for critical applications and infrastructure. This role strengthens organizational resiliency and supports recovery actions during actual disruption events. Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience 3+ years of Disaster Recovery experience Broad computing knowledge across UNIX, Windows, App/Web/DB technologies, storage, and cloud Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training/certification Preferred Qualifications Experience in large enterprise or regulated industries Cloud recovery experience (AWS, Azure) DR/BC or IT certifications (ITIL, CBCP, DRII, cloud certs)
