DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the electronics industry and market trends. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and it includes but is not limited to: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers. Negotiate and close complex sales deals. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. Assisting the manager in organization, planning and implementing strategy Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage communication between direct customers and internal, particularly with SEMCO business operations in Korea All aspects of customer support; project award efforts, NRE cost negotiations, sample quotes, PO requests and price negotiations, AR payment follow-up Represent SEMCO at industry events and trade shows Contract negotiations Lead and manage sales account team as needed Regular customer visits are required Travel is required Requirements Bachelor Degree, Engineering Degree preferred but not required 10+ years of experience in sales and account management within the
