Description Position Summary The Sr Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships within the Payroll and HR community, with a primary focus on the cannabis and multi-EIN employer markets. This role emphasizes consultative, solution-based sales and requires consistent achievement of sales quotas. The Sr Sales Executive also contributes to strategic initiatives by sharing market insights and supporting the overall sales strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Payroll, Tax, HR Tech) to ensure continuity of client experience. Serve as a mentor and resource to Sales Account Executives by sharing advanced strategies and tools. Maintain accurate pipeline documentation and activity tracking within the CRM system. Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and local networking events to expand brand presence. Actively monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform sales positioning. Conduct tailored product demonstrations, ROI analyses, and contract negotiations to close high-value deals. Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large prospects and clients, ensuring a smooth hand-off to account management post-sale. Build awareness and demand for the company's products and services through targeted outreach, consultative selling, and industry networking. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
