About the job Sr. Sales Executive Our client is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sr Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing experience to join our client's fully remote national sales team. This role is a pure hunter position focused on new client acquisition , expanding our client's innovative Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire), Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US. If you thrive on closing new business and bringing an innovative approach to staffing, this is for you! Key Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new Enterprise (Fortune 1000) and Mid-Market clients. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding. Achieve assigned sales targets. Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients. Qualifications: 7+ years proven success selling professional staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. Demonstrated track record in new client acquisition and business development. Experience with MSP, RPO, or VMS sales is a plus. Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP leaders). Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office. Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry conferences. Must reside in the US.
