Responsibilities Global Customer & Account Management, Maintenance, and Governance Serve as the main point of contact for customer account inquiries, updates, and issue resolution Support sales teams with new end customer creation, account setup, and related maintenance Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to optimize account strategies that drive growth Customer Master Data Ownership (SAP & SFDC): Maintain and update customer master records in SAP and Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards Ensure 24-48 hour response to sales on account inquiries Coordinate with Data and Business teams to implement changes, enhancements, and integrations related to customer data Perform regular audits to validate data accuracy and resolve duplicates or discrepancies Develop and document processes for customer data management and governance Reporting & Analytics: Generate customer and account management reports for leadership and sales teams Analyze trends in customer data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal policies in all customer data activities Drive continuous improvement in customer master data management processes Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred and minimum 5 years job experience. Experience in sales operations, account management, Salesforce administration, or customer data management within the semiconductor industry preferred. Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) required. Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills required; Excel (VBA) Preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
