In this role, you will design and execute translational strategies that inform biomarker development, and proof-of-concept for our immunology pipeline. Key Responsibilities Partner with external CROs and clinical sites to execute translational studies. Oversee biomarker and bioanalytical assays (PK and ADA) development, transfer and implementation in clinical setting Analyze and interpret complex immunological datasets from exploratory clinical samples (PBMC, tissue biopsies, serum/plasma), including flow cytometry, CyTOF, single-cell RNA-seq, cytokine profiling, and multiplex immunoassays. Contribute to regulatory filings, clinical study reports, and scientific publications. Serve as the scientific lead for immunology biomarker strategy on one or more programs, representing translational science in cross-functional teams. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and assay platforms relevant to our pipeline. Required Ph.D. Immunology or a closely related field. 3-5+ years of relevant experience in translational research with autoimmunity in an industry setting Fluent in bioanalytical assay development, including transferring of assays to CROs Hands-on experience with immunological assays: flow cytometry/mass cytometry, ELISAs/MSD, multiplexed cytokine panels, and transcriptomic methods. Experience with GCP/GLP environments and regulatory submissions (IND, BLA/NDA). Experience with bioinformatics tools and analysis of high-dimensional datasets (scRNA-seq, CyTOF, proteomics). Deep working knowledge of human immunology, including innate and adaptive immune pathways, T cell biology, B cell biology, or innate immune signaling. Demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate complex biological data to cross-functional audiences. Strong publication record or equivalent evidence of scientific contribution. Competencies: Scientific rigor with the ability to think critically and independently about complex translational questions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex science for diverse audiences. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Annual Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 (depending on level)
