Job Description
Role : Sr. Solution Architect – Gen AI Location : Raritan, NJ Day one onsite Role Overview: As a Senior Solution Architect supporting the customer account, you will be responsible for leading solution design, proposal development, and RFP responses across multiple workstreams. You will manage the overall technology stack at the account level, ensuring alignment with client expectations, enterprise architecture standards, and delivery excellence. This role demands strong collaboration with onsite teams, client stakeholders, and internal leadership. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 12+ years in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in offshore delivery for large enterprise accounts. Domain Expertise: Strong experience in Pharma or Healthcare, including MedTech platforms, compliance, and data privacy. Technical Skills: Cloud: Azure, AWS (account ownership and architecture) Applications: SAP S/4 HANA, GenAI, Python, Java, ServiceNow Integration: API management, microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Agile frameworks Preferred Experience: Prior experience working with healthcare clients. Exposure to GenAI solutioning, including Langchain, RAG, and Azure AI Search. Experience in AI/ML/Data Science, including model deployment, MLOps, and data-driven solutioning. Experience in proposal creation, cost estimation, and client presentations. Familiarity with account-level governance, including steering committees and tactical reviews.
