Senior Specialist, Global Payroll & Equity We're growing our team and are looking for a Senior Specialist, Global Payroll & Equity to support our expanding global workforce. Responsibilities Own the timely and accurate payroll process, including processing wages, timekeeping, bonuses, garnishments, taxes, and benefit deductions for the U.S., Canada, and other countries as assigned. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to process payroll, assist employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time, including reviewing payroll registers and reports and coordinating payroll funding with Accounting. Perform off-cycle payroll runs as required. Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with account reconciliations. Continuously evaluate, analyze, and streamline payroll processes, including identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Develop and maintain effective payroll procedures and internal controls. Perform year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and related reporting. Utilize payroll systems such as UKG Pro to support payroll processing, reporting, and system accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of payroll experience, with at least 56 years supporting global payroll operations. Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and applicable laws, including multi-state payroll setup and processing, payroll tax compliance, balancing and reconciliation, deductions, and internal controls. Experience with UKG Pro or similar payroll applications. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate payroll processes and complex administrative information to stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong work ethic. Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply past experience to inform decision-making. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment and interact with colleagues and business partners across the organization. The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
