About the job We're looking for a Sr. Analyst, Strategic Planning to serve as a core analytical engine within the Planning and PMO team at a national pharmacy benefits manager. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role spanning strategic forecasting, scenario modeling, business case development, and executive-ready reporting across our enterprise project portfolio. You'll report to the Sr. Manager, Planning and PMO and partner closely with project managers, sales, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders. This position is central to how we plan, prioritize, and allocate resources at scale. Your work will directly support our mission to make medications more affordable and accessible to millions of people. Position details Remote, working primarily CST hours Competitive compensation and full benefits package Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship W2 engagement only, no corp-to-corp Experience requirements: 7+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or a related function What you'll do Develop and maintain strategic planning models to support long-term organizational goals and resource allocation Build and refine forecasting tools to anticipate trends, resourcing needs, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio Generate and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports that provide insights into project performance, resource utilization, and financial impact Analyze and translate large, complex data sets into clear, compelling takeaways and presentations for executive and cross-functional audiences Identify, address, and create frameworks to resolve complex and ambiguous strategic issues for senior leadership Collaborate with PMO leadership and project teams to align planning efforts — including timelines, processes, and approach — with business objectives Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with data-driven recommendations and scenario modeling Identify gaps and opportunities in current planning processes and recommend improvements Ensure data integrity and consistency across planning tools and reporting systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in consulting, banking, business development, corporate or divisional strategy, strategic planning, or corporate finance — or a combination that delivers the equivalent depth Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business judgment Proven ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information into executive-ready recommendations Experience facilitating multi-functional, matrixed stakeholder discussions Preferred qualifications Experience conducting strategy analysis including market and competitive research, process mapping, and business case development Demonstrated modeling experience: breakeven, ROI, and IRR analyses Experience developing Microsoft Power BI or Tableau reports Familiarity with project management tools and PMO governance frameworks Knowledge of the healthcare industry, pharmacy benefits management, or regulated environments
