What You'll Do: The Senior Supervisor, Rotating Equipment is responsible for leading, managing, and directing the Rotating Equipment Department within the M&R Department to ensure the reliable operation and repair of rotating equipment to manufacturers and engineering specifications. What you will do: Lead and ensure compliance with site safety and environmental programs and departmental procedures consistent with Company policy, goals and objectives, regulatory compliance, and industry best practice, i.e. PSM compliance, mechanical integrity, supplier & services integrity and integration Ensures long term plant infrastructure reliability and integrity efforts and end of life tracking and replacement of major machinery, equipment, and processes Ensure equipment inspections, inspection documentations and recommendations of any corrective action judged to be necessary, quality control and technical dir
