Primary focus is on Point-of-Sale (POS), credit card (EMV) solution, and other systems that integrate into the POS. This role requires a deep understanding of Hospitality, project implementation, and strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves working across cross-functional teams to deliver services, meet service levels, and mature IT operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead alignment between internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure completion of tasks, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project roadmaps including plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful service delivery. Act as a technical consultant to the business, assisting in translating business objectives into technical strategies and solutions that are communicated effectively to third-party vendors and development teams. Analyze/design solutions to address business needs or to help guide with the selection of appropriate systems/technology for issue while keeping existing systems, integration, and processes in mind. Assist in defining and developing strategy for systems supporting Retail/Hospitality Monitor work progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with users and other stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value. Serve as the technical contact and advisor for users and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable guidance. Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with the internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Act as a subject matter expert in the retail landscape and lend expertise in related system integrations, data flow, and business processes.
