Able to reside in NJ Senior Technology Sales Specialis **t Position Profi** leResponsible for retaining and expanding sales revenue within an assigned account base while driving new market share growth in the Federal vertica l.Job Duties and Responsibiliti esProvide product and solution information to customers within an assigned territory. Assess customer business communication needs, conduct analyses, and develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions that exceed customer requirements using a consultative sales approach with Federal Department of Defense and Civilian organization s.Organize and manage post-sale delivery and implementation of Ricoh solutions at customer locations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related documentatio n.Proactively identify and develop new customer opportunities by reviewing leads, participating in customer business planning, and delivering solution proposals aligned with sales management directio n.Engage in strategic account planning; proactively identify, assess, and develop action plans for at-risk customer s.Meet or exceed established revenue and gross profit target s.Coordinate cross-functional sales activities and manage team processes to ensure successful account executio n.Promote Ricoh products and represent the company during off-site customer meetings and event s.Maintain accurate and detailed records of account activity within the sales databas e.Identify and engage key contacts within assigned accounts through strategic outreach and relationship-building activitie s.Serve as the primary initial point of contact for customer s.Perform additional duties as assigne d.Qualificatio nsEducation, Experience, and Certificatio nsTypically Require d:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experienc e.Minimum of five (5) years of successful business-to-business sales experience, including at least two (2) years selling to Federal Department of Defense and Civilian organization s.Knowledge, Skills, and Abiliti esIn-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and processes within a matrixed environment, particularly supporting Federal Department of Defense and Civilian organization s.Strong negotiation, written, verbal, and presentation skill s.Excellent interpersonal, time management, and self-motivation capabilitie s.Demonstrated business acumen and leadership skill s.Proven ability to collaborate with or lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategie s.Strong knowledge of industry products and service s.Ability to build and maintain key relationships across departments and lines of business to support account succes s.Analytical skills to interpret complex data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable solution s.Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suit e.Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Deman dsWork is primarily performed in an office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise level s.Position is largely sedentary but may require occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, or lifting items typically weighing less than 10 pounds (e.g., files, papers, small equipment ).Requires moderate manual dexterity and routine use of tools such as keyboards, calculators, and basic office equipmen t.Involves regular travel to customer sites, which may or may not be accessible via public transportatio n.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
