This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Sr. Transportation Project Manager to join our Salt Lake City Transportation Team. Be involved in projects with our Civil Engineering Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. The Sr. Transportation Project Manager will provide leadership within a sector of organization to ensure civil engineering subject matter, technical deliverables, infrastructure projects and programs are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry and company standards for design, safety, and functionality. We have a versatile, talented Transportation team in Salt Lake City, who work on projects ranging from large freeway design/build projects to local municipal sidewalks. We have managers for alternative delivery projects, program management (owner's representatives), municipal work, and traditional design-bid-build projects. We are seeking a Transportation Project Manager for traditional projects who works wells with our current team and can generate work with our key clients. Your Impact People & Performance Leadership Contribute to the management, growth and development of the Civil Engineering team. Provide leadership, partnering closely with the Local Business Leader and Senior Management Team. Focus on meeting Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the SW Mountain District and West Region. Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development.
