Job#: 3028049 Job Description: The Role We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who enjoys working at the intersection of design and front‑end implementation. This role is focused on delivering thoughtful, accessible user experiences for complex web applications used by internal teams. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and product partners to design, refine, and implement reusable UI patterns that scale across multiple applications. This is a hands‑on role for someone who cares deeply about how design decisions show up in production—not just in mockups. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll contribute across the full lifecycle of experience delivery. You’ll help define interaction patterns, design systems, and UI components while also partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and sustainably. Success in this role requires sound judgment—knowing when to push for consistency, when to adapt, and how to balance usability, technical constraints, and delivery timelines Your work will include Designing and evolving reusable interaction patterns and UI components across multiple web applications Producing wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity designs using modern design tools (e.g., Figma) Collaborating with front‑end engineers to translate design intent into production‑ready UI Supporting shared UI assets and component libraries used by multiple teams Applying accessibility best practices throughout design and implementation, and advocating for inclusive solutions Reviewing feedback from product and technical stakeholders and iterating designs as needs evolve Contributing to ongoing modernization and enhancement of existing applications Required Qualifications Extensive experience designing user experiences for complex, web‑based applications A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX judgment, interaction design, and problem‑solving—not just visual polish Experience working with reusable UI patterns, shared design assets, or design systems Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end concepts, including how design decisions translate into production UI Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React at the UI layer Hands‑on experience incorporating accessibility standards into real, shipped work Comfort working in collaborative, Agile‑style environments alongside engineers and product partners U.S. citizenship is required Additional Details U.S. citizenship is required Portfolio reviews will focus on design rationale, system thinking, and implementation outcomes, not just visuals Work arrangements offer flexibility, with collaboration across distributed teams This role is best suited for designers who enjoy both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
