Overview How You will Make a Difference We are looking for a highly collaborative and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. In this role, you will help shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that simplify complexity and improve the lives of our users. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to turn product intent into clear experience strategies, interaction models, and high-quality product experiences. From early discovery through delivery, you will play a key role in defining how our products behave, feel, and evolve. As product development rapidly evolves with AI-enabled tools and workflows, we are looking for designers who are curious about how emerging technologies can accelerate discovery, ideation, and prototyping while still grounding decisions in strong human-centered design principles. The ideal candidate connects user needs, business goals, and technology constraints to create thoughtful solutions that deliver meaningful value to customers and the organization. What You’ll Be Doing Design intuitive product experiences that simplify complex workflows across mobile and web platforms, translating product strategy into clear interaction models, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. Rapidly explore ideas through wireframes, and prototypes, leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate to accelerate the production of flows, wireframes, and prototypes and compress early design cycles. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction, bringing clarity to complex problems and aligning solutions with user needs and business goals. Champion human-centered design by conducting and synthesizing research, using both traditional methods and AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation and iteration. Clearly communicate design rationale grounded in user insights, product strategy, and data, ensuring stakeholders understand the intent behind design decisions. Own the design process from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with engineering to ensure design intent, accessibility, and experience quality are preserved in implementation. Stay curious about emerging tools and technologies, including AI, and actively explore how they can accelerate design workflows and improve product outcomes. What You Will Need To Be Successful Proven experience designing customer-facing digital products, collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions. Strong foundation in human-centered design with experience creating intuitive web and mobile-first applications. Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear interaction models, user flows, and scalable UI solutions. Detail-oriented with high standards for visual design, interaction quality, and consistency across products. Skilled in user research and insight synthesis, leveraging both traditional methods and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and inform design decisions. Clear communicator who can present design rationale and user insights effectively to stakeholders and leadership. Accessibility advocate with experience designing inclusive products that align with WCAG standards. Facilitator of collaborative workshops and discovery sessions that drive alignment and innovation. Proficient in Figma and FigJam for design, collaboration, and prototyping, with curiosity for AI-enabled tools that accelerate ideation, documentation, and prototyping workflows. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced product environments. Curious about emerging technologies and how AI is transforming product design, actively incorporating new tools and approaches into the design process. This is a remote position. Salary Range $104500.00 To $130,000.00 / year Benefits & Perks The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
