Employer Industry: Clinical Research Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $130K Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(K) Paid time off (PTO) with a flexible plan Opportunity for recognition through employee awards and participation in employee resource groups (ERGs) Remote work flexibility with occasional travel Significant impact on the execution of clinical trials and regulatory compliance What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage country and site budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets Develop, negotiate, and execute Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA) Oversee clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of country commitments Provide expertise in local regulations, laws, and procedures related to clinical trials What Is Required (Qualifications) University/college degree in life science or certification in a related allied health profession Minimum of four (4) years of relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industries Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP Minimum of eight (8) years of clinical research experience with 3+ years in Start-Up Project Management (SUPM) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local office language and English How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Master’s or other advanced degree PMP certification Experience with global submissions Familiarity with investigator start-up documents and previous interactions with operational project teams Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure #ClinicalResearch #ProjectManagement #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #HealthcareProfessionals #PinnacleMethodConsulting
