Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will support and stabilise the University’s new UKG-based Scheduling, Time and Attendance system. You will ensure data integrity, resolve complex operational issues, and partner with HR stakeholders across the University. You will gain HR systems experience in a collaborative hub team within a flexible hybrid working environment. What you will deliver: Process Scheduling, Time and Attendance enquiries and transactions in UKG Pro, resolving access, approval and timecard issues. Generate and interpret reports to identify data errors, performing required corrections to support accurate payments. Maintain compliant system use by managing personas, security access, timecard locks and assurance activities within policy settings. Contribute to user acceptance testing, issue resolution and continuous improvement of processes, knowledge articles, training and job aids. Collaborate with HR partners, compliance teams and faculties, escalating complex cases and supporting colleagues within the ST&A Hub. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, or bring equivalent experience gained in HR, payroll or workforce management. Offer proven experience in high-volume HR shared services, managing competing priorities and transactional requests to strict deadlines. Demonstrate hands-on capability with HR, Scheduling, Time and Attendance and payroll systems, ideally including UKG Pro. Use online service management tools, such as ServiceNow or CRM platforms, to manage and track customer requests. Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, providing clear advice while safeguarding confidential and sensitive information. Thrive in collaborative environments, building constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders across faculties, divisions and service hubs.
