We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years experience to develop a career. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, customer service aptitude, and ability to multi-task. Student Billing – Prepare and distribute tuition and student debit statements for both Academic Year and Summer Session families. Coordinate communication with families about billing questions and needs. Accounts Receivable – Process, enter, and track all incoming revenue (tuition, fees, gifts, etc.) Student Services – Coordinate student laundry, health insurance, and tuition refund plan. Petty Cash – Manage and account for petty cash and request petty cash replenishment from the bank as necessary. Prepare student travel cash for all the breaks in accordance with the travel coordinator. Gift Accounting – Enter and balance gift accounts with reports from Development Office. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite experience is preferred Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
