Location: Woodinville, WA (Hybrid) Salary: $62,000 – $72,800 DOE Our client is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the close process, working through reconciliations, and contributing to accurate, timely financial reporting in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger with thorough documentation Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Support the month-end close, including account analysis and necessary adjustments Assist with accounts receivable activities such as invoicing, cash application, and follow-up on outstanding balances What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience supporting or leading close processes in an accounting role Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills This is an excellent opportunity for a Staff Accountant who enjoys hands-on accounting, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a flexible, team-oriented environment.
