About Us iZee Management is a small, fast-paced investment and property management firm. We manage a diverse portfolio, from mobile home communities and apartments to our growing Bluebox/BoiseBox Storage brand. We are a hands-on team that values hard work, accountability, and clear communication. We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to take ownership of our financial operations and help support our continued growth. The Role This is a key position within our team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities. You will work directly with the Corporate Controller, supporting accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and helping ensure the overall financial health of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a small business environment where you can take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with leadership. You’ll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and contributing to informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Record and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions Maintain and reconcile the general ledger across multiple entities Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Handle intercompany transactions and ensure balances are accurate 2. Compliance & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records Prepare and file sales tax, property tax, and other required filings Ensure accounting practices align with GAAP standards 3. Collaboration & Support Work closely with operations to verify revenue and expenses Provide insight and support to the Accounting Assistant on coding and processes What You Bring Experience: 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity or property management experience is a strong plus) Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable learning and using accounting/property management software Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organization in financial work Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for getting things done right without constant oversight Communication: Able to clearly explain financial information to non-accounting team members Reliability: Consistent, dependable, and able to meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience) Work Location In person Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
