JOB PURPOSE We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations in a fast-growing, private equity-backed manufacturing and engineering environment. This role is key to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and contributing to reporting and audits. You’ll work cross-functionally and have visibility into the financial health of the business. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus) Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
