Staff Counsel- Staff Attorney/Associate- Insurance Defense

Growing insurance company is seeking In-House Counsel/Staff Associate Attorney. The attorney must have experience either at a law firm or in-house handling general liability defense matters from inception up to trial. Must have experience with insurance defense matters that result in or stem from personal injury. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for legal research, drafting of memorandum, arguing motions, and taking depositions.
