Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including urgent care, critical care transport, and ambulatory surgery centers.This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to patient advocacy.Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients' health status through physical examinations and diagnostic tests.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.Perform specialized nursing procedures such as catheter care, ostomy care, and medical imaging as needed.Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems like Cerner.Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Skills Proficient in urgent care practices and emergency response protocols.Experience with medical imaging techniques and laboratory procedures.Knowledge of catheter care and ostomy management best practices.Familiarity with critical care transport principles and protocols.Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments when applicable.Experience working in a Level II trauma center or similar high-acuity environment is preferred.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care!
