Organization: Pharm Inpat Evenings Job Summary: Provides leadership in optimal product preparation and dosing of medications, and provision of patient specific drug information to include patient specific dosing. Aides in the prevention and reporting of medication errors and adverse drug reactions according to policy. Supports quality relationships with health care professionals, families, and patients; and the pharmacist is actively involved in being further educated and providing education in all appropriate ways. Vanderbilt Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to join our team to work in our adult inpatient pharmacies! Position Highlights This role is based at Vanderbilt University Hospital and focuses on an inpatient adult patient population. 7 days on/7 days off with shift options of 12:30pm - 12:30am or 3:00pm - 3:00am. Inpatient/Hospital Pharmacist experience is required. The sign-on bonus is exclusively available to candidates with relevant hospital inpatient pharmacist experience who are able to start on or before June 15, 2026. The
