This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding general urology practice focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality care across a broad range of conditions, allowing physicians to fully utilize their clinical skillset in an outpatient-centered environment. Designed for those who enjoy the depth and variety of general urology, this position emphasizes continuity of care, strong referral relationships, and meaningful patient connections within the community-supported by the resources of a leading academic health system. Some of your clinical responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive general urology care in an outpatient setting Perform inpatient and outpatient urologic surgery related to common urologic diagnoses Evaluate and manage common urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, hematuria, incontinence, and male reproductive health Perform in-office procedures such as cystoscopy, biopsies, and other minor urologic procedures Interpr
