Job Title:General Staff Member - Polson Boat RentalsLocation:Polson, MontanaSeasonal Position:June - August About Us:Polson Boat Rentals provides unforgettable experiences on Flathead Lake, offering high-quality boat rentals and exceptional customer service.We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and helping guests make the most of their time on the water.Position Overview:We are seeking reliable, energetic, and personable individuals to join our summer team as general staff members.This is a hands-on role ideal for students or anyone looking for a fun, fast-paced summer job outdoors.Key Responsibilities:Prepare boats for daily rentals (cleaning, staging, safety checks) Assist customers with check-in/check-out process Provide clear instructions on boat operation and safety procedures Educate guests about Flathead Lake, local rules, and best practices Ensure all safety standards are met and maintained Help dock and retrieve boats as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area Deliver excellent customer service at all times Qualifications:Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Dependable and punctual Boating experience is preferred, but not required Knowledge of Flathead Lake is a plus, but not required Why Work With Us:Fun, outdoor work environment on Flathead Lake Great summer job opportunity, especially for students Gain valuable customer service and operational experience Work with a supportive and energetic team Pay:$200.00 - $300.00 per day Work Location:In person.
