Description: You will be the Staff Systems Engineer - Level 4 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for pioneering next-generation aircraft technologies. What You Will Be Doing As the Staff Systems Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for translating ambitious concepts into verifiable system designs, driving the integration of cutting-edge engineering disciplines, and delivering results in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your responsibilities will include Leading system architecture and trade-study activities for advanced aircraft concepts. Driving Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and tool adoption. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to execute agile development cycles. Managing multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining technical rigor and schedule commitments. Producing technical risk assessments and present actionable solutions to senior leadership.
