We manage, staff, and maintain community and commercial pools throughout Greater Houston, ensuring every patron experiences a safe and well-run aquatic environment. Key Responsibilities Master Schedule Management: Oversee and update daily shifts for lifeguards across multiple Houston-area locations to ensure 100% facility coverage. Real-Time Coverage Logistics: Rapidly resolve scheduling gaps caused by call-outs or emergencies by identifying available staff and reassigning shifts in real-time. Staff Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding their assigned shifts, site locations, and general scheduling inquiries. Attendance & Punctuality Tracking: Monitor digital clock-in systems to ensure staff are on-site and on-time, documenting any discrepancies for management review. Personnel Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date employee profiles, including availability logs and contact information, within the company’s staffing software. Operational Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team regarding staffing levels and shift fulfillment trends. Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of experience in high-volume scheduling, administrative support, or workforce logistics. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Drive) and experience using AI and digital workforce management or scheduling platforms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and helpful tone with a seasonal workforce. Organization: A "puzzle-solver" mindset with the ability to handle frequent changes and moving parts with high accuracy. Responsiveness: Ability to remain highly organized and responsive during the peak summer season, including weekends when staffing needs are most critical.
