Job Description
Staffing Manager — King Branch Office Location: King, NC Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Staffing Manager to lead a mission-critical branch in King, NC. This role is responsible for a high-value BPO model that represents a significant share of our portfolio. You will navigate a complex, nuanced environment, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a single, unique client while developing the branch’s internal infrastructure and personnel. This is a "builder" role requiring a blend of tactical execution and executive-level stakeholder management. Key Accountabilities Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary strategic partner between the recruitment function and our BPO client, navigating communications with internal/external stakeholders, onsite BPO teams, and executive leadership. Operational Scaling: Lead the branch through a rapid growth phase, effectively doubling the team size while maintaining rigorous service standards. Service Excellence: Own the Order Fulfillment, Retention, Candidate Quality, and General Servicing. Stakeholder Navigation: Maintain seamless communication with partners across the company footprint, ensuring the BPO model integrates effectively with organizational goals. Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies— moving beyond job boards to create sustainable, non-traditional candidate pipelines. Core Competencies Strategic Agility: Ability to pivot between high-level strategy and day-to-day operational "firefighting." Advanced Communication: Polished, professional, and empathetic communication style suitable for both C-suite interactions and candidate coaching.
