This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a grand opening, work with a supportive team, and start a career with a company that values growth, community, and customer service.What began as a single supermarket in 1963 has grown into a successful regional grocery chain with nearly 200 stores across the Southeast, along with our own distribution center, truck fleet, and milk processing plant.At Ingles, many of our leaders started in our retail stores -- and your story could start here, too.Now Hiring for Our New Store:Full-Time Starbucks Manager As the Starbucks Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight of caf operations during assigned shifts, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, product quality, and team performance.Key responsibilities include:Leading day-to-day Starbucks operations during assigned shifts Ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent product quality Training, supervising, coaching, and evaluating Starbucks Baristas Handling performance management and corrective action as needed Creating weekly work schedules and establishing daily work plans Maintaining Starbucks brand standards and operational procedures Supporting food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Encouraging teamwork, creativity, and a positive caf culture Completing additional departmental and operational duties as assigned No previous Starbucks management experience? No problem!
