Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Starbucks Manager to lead our dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation, beverage crafting, and kitchen activities to maintain quality and safety standards. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions, inventory control, and reporting. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and health codes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to foster growth. Manage shift operations including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and shift management. Collaborate with team members to implement marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts. Qualifications Proven management experience in a fast-paced food service or quick-service restaurant environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and inventory tracking. Experience supervising staff, conducting training & development programs, and managing teams effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently. Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred; hotel or catering experience is a plus. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts efficiently, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
