Startup Ecosystem & Investor Relations Coordinator Contract Details: Duration: 3–4 weeks (May) Location: Houston, Texas (preferred) Engagement Type: Contract / Short-term Work Style: Flexible Fees: $2,500 - $5,000 Role Overview We are seeking a contract-based Startup Ecosystem & Investor Relations Coordinator to support investor engagement, meeting coordination, startup ecosystem networking, and relationship management activities during a critical fundraising and market-entry phase. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply organized, resourceful, connected to startup or professional networks in Houston, and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups with professionalism and speed. Key Responsibilities Investor Coordination & Scheduling Coordinate and schedule meetings with investors, advisors, accelerators, and ecosystem stakeholders Manage calendars, confirmations, reminders, and meeting logistics Support preparation and coordination for investor engagements and networking opportunities Startup Ecosystem Engagement Identify and engage relevant startup events, innovation hubs, venture networks, and founder communities in Houston and surrounding areas Help facilitate introductions and ecosystem participation opportunities Track upcoming startup and investor-related events relevant to Kulturee’s expansion and fundraising activities Outreach & Relationship Management Conduct outreach and follow-ups with investors, advisors, ecosystem partners, and startup stakeholders Maintain communication pipelines and ensure timely responses and follow-through Assist with warm introductions and relationship nurturing CRM & Pipeline Tracking Maintain organized records of conversations, meetings, investor interactions, and next steps Update CRM systems and investor tracking sheets regularly Ensure visibility into pipeline status, engagement progress, and action items Preferred Qualifications Based in Houston, Texas (preferred) Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture capital, accelerators, or fundraising environments Experience using CRM or productivity tools such as: Notion HubSpot Airtable Google Workspace Ability to work independently and proactively Professional demeanor in investor-facing interactions Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply: Startup operations Venture capital support Executive assistance Startup community management Innovation hubs / accelerators Business development coordination
