Key Responsibilities Execute LTC rate increase strategies and lead experience studies for data-backed recommendations Prepare actuarial memos for state filings, ensuring compliance with regulations Conduct financial projections and impact assessments, providing insights to senior leadership Required Qualifications ASA or FSA designation from the Society of Actuaries with expertise in LTC insurance Substantial experience in executing long-term care rate strategies and conducting experience studies Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and financial projection Proven experience in leadership and collaboration within actuarial teams Ability to tackle complex actuarial problems with data-informed solutions
