A company is looking for a Sustainability Counsel. Key Responsibilities Advise business units on sustainability, ESG, and climate-related legal risks, including regulatory compliance and disclosures Support ESG reporting and ensure alignment with evolving global standards Monitor legal and regulatory developments on climate, human rights, and supply chain due diligence, providing actionable guidance Required Qualifications Licensed and in good standing as an attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 7+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental, or corporate governance law Strong familiarity with ESG frameworks and regulations Ability to work cross-functionally
