Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and counsel to the Claims Department on various legal issues related to claims handling Advise on complex claims and large losses with potential legal exposure to drive resolution Deliver training on emerging legal trends and collaborate with business colleagues to implement claims handling recommendations Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree Licensed to practice law and in good standing within State of Practice 7 or more years of claims legal experience 3 or more years of coverage experience
