A company is looking for a Workup & Settlement Attorney to manage settlement-eligible cases in mass torts. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the case management team to evaluate and manage settlement-eligible cases Guide clients through the settlement offer process, ensuring effective communication Coordinate with team members to execute casework efficiently and participate in the elevation rotation Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Three to five years of experience in a high volume personal injury or plaintiff's firm Must be an active member of a US State Bar and in good standing Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
