Nationwide Opportunities:Work with leading companies across manufacturing sectors.Temporary Relocation Support:Travel logistics, lodging, and per diem are coordinated and provided by MADI Competitive Pay:MADI offers competitive wages, with weekly hours guarantees (typically 60hours per week).Career Development:Expand your skills by working on critical projects at premier manufacturers with opportunities for advancement.Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and Ohio-licensed Stationary Steam Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers and related mechanical systems in a safe and efficient manner.This role is responsible for ensuring continuous, reliable plant operations while maintaining compliance with all state and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor high-pressure and low-pressure boilers, steam systems, and auxiliary equipment Maintain proper steam pressure, water levels, and fuel systems for safe operation Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate logs and operational records Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Commerce regulations and facility standards Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams on system upgrades and repairs Respond to alarms, system failures, and emergency conditions as needed Minimum Qualifications Valid Ohio Stationary Steam Engineer License (required) High school diploma or GED Proven experience operating industrial boilers and steam systems Strong knowledge of boiler controls, safety devices, and maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Willingness to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in environments with heat, noise, and moving equipment Job Types:Full-time, Contract Pay:$48.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Referral program Vision insurance Work Location:On the road.
