We are hiring a Step Van Delivery driver who wants to drive, get paid, and go home for a 3-day weekend. No micromanagement. No “rescue” nonsense. High-density routes for drivers who can handle the volume. THE PAY STRUCTURE (Base + Bonus): Base Pay: $150 per day. High Volume Bonus: $1.00 per stop over 100 threshold. Real World Math: Hit the route average (150 stops) = $200+ per day. Safety & Performance Bonus: 20% weekly bonus for hitting performance goals. Work Schedule: 4-days a week. THE WORK: Service Area: Stone Mountain, GA (30088, 30083, 30072) Station Location: Norcross, GA Volume: High-density routes averaging 120+ stops per day. Vehicle: Company-provided Step Van (P700/P900/P1000/P1200). Schedule: 4-days a week. REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS): Experience: 3+ Year professional Amazon final mile delivery experience is REQUIRED. License: Valid Driver’s License with Clean MVR (No DUIs/Reckless in last 3 years). Physical: Must be physically fit. This is an athletic job. Lift/maneuver up to 150 lbs.
