Job Title: STIBO Developer Job Location: Alpharetta GA Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite Must in Week) Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Job Summary:- We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience, specializing in Stibo, to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive impactful solutions in merchandising. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the company's growth and societal impact. Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Stibo solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Oversee the integration of Stibo systems with existing IT infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges in merchandising. Develop and maintain documentation for Stibo systems to ensure clarity and accessibility for future reference. Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical processes. Analyze business requirements to develop effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into system enhancements. Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and use of Stibo systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep the organization at the forefront of technological advancements. Support the development of merchandising strategies by providing technical insights and solutions. Certifications Required:- Stibo STEP Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification
