Stock Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and organised Stock Assistant to join our Austin team.In this role, you'll help keep the store running smoothly by managing deliveries, organising inventory, and ensuring products are available for customers on the sales floor.Working behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in supporting daily store operations and helping the team maintain a well-stocked and organised environment.Key Responsibilities Stock & Inventory Receive and unpack incoming deliveries Sort and organise products in the stockroom and storage areas Restock shelves and displays to keep products available for customers Assist with inventory checks and report any missing or damaged items Store Operations Maintain a clean and organised stockroom and storage space Help move products between the stockroom and sales floor Support the team during busy periods by restocking key items Follow company procedures for inventory handling and stock management Team Support Work closely with the retail team to locate products when needed Assist with preparing items for promotions or display changes Help ensure the store remains organised and ready for customers Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Strong organisation and attention to detail Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable lifting and moving boxes throughout the shift Previous retail, warehouse, or stock experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive team environment How to Apply If you enjoy staying active and helping keep store operations running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.Please submit your resume and availability when applying for this Austin position.Pay:$17.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
