Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team.This role is essential in maintaining efficient inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting overall store operations.The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or retail environments, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.Multilingual skills and familiarity with warehouse equipment are a plus.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail or distribution setting, supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Duties Manage inventory control through accurate stocking, replenishment, and organization of products using RF scanners and other inventory management tools Load and unload shipments efficiently, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Assist in shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods Stock shelves, produce sections, or storage areas with proper merchandising techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or retail space, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Support sales activities by providing excellent customer service, including cashiering and assisting customers with product locations Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping or sale, adhering to safety and quality standards Perform heavy lifting as required while following safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and communicate effectively across departments Use organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records of inventory movements Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or grocery store environments preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing or walking throughout the shift Knowledge of retail math for stock calculations and inventory assessments Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts as needed This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact store efficiency and customer satisfaction.We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute to our team's success.Pay:$23.60 - $28.42 per hour Benefits:Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Work Location:On the road.
