In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized, and supporting the overall shopping experience.Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a seamless environment where customers find what they need effortlessly.Whether managing shipments, stocking shelves, or assisting with inventory control, your contribution will be vital to our store's success.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills and gain valuable warehouse experience in a fast-paced retail setting.Duties Receive, unload, and process shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accurate inventory intake Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining proper product placement and merchandising standards Conduct regular inventory management checks to prevent stock discrepancies and support inventory control initiatives Operate forklifts safely to move heavy or bulky items around the warehouse or stockroom Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling, packaging, and preparing products for dispatch or display Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring a safe working environment through routine maintenance and cleaning Support customer service efforts by providing product information, locating items, and assisting with retail sales when needed Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems preferred Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock control and merchandising tasks Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse team members and customers Excellent communication skills paired with a positive attitude to support team collaboration and customer interactions Knowledge of retail math, grocery store operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and general maintenance practices is advantageous Join us as a Stock Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
