Stock Associate

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team.This role involves managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and retail environments.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with inventory control systems, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment.Bilingual abilities and excellent communication skills are a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse team members and customers.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail or warehouse setting, supporting overall store or warehouse operations.Responsibilities Manage inventory using RF scanners and other inventory management tools to ensure accurate stock levels Load and unload shipments efficiently, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Stock shelves and organize products in accordance with merchandising standards Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including packing, labeling, and documentation Perform regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and report issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including warehouse maintenance and general cleaning duties Support retail sales activities by replenishing stock on the sales floor and assisting customers when needed Operate cash registers for cashiering duties in retail environments Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store or warehouse operations Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and daily tasks Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking experience is preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not required; training may be provided Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are beneficial for effective communication with diverse teams and customers Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and merchandising tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing customer service when necessary Knowledge of retail math, shipping & receiving procedures, and basic maintenance tasks is desirable This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy physical work, and are committed to maintaining organized and efficient operations.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay:$23.47 - $28.27 per hour Benefits:Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location:On the road.
