Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our dynamic team.This role involves managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse or retail environment.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in inventory control and customer service.This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations, merchandising, and retail sales within a fast-paced setting. Duties Manage inventory using RF scanners and inventory management systems Load and unload shipments efficiently with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Stock shelves and produce areas with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and organization Assist in shipping & receiving processes, including packaging and labeling products Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring product availability Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations and inquiries Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functions properly Operate retail registers for cashiering duties when needed Conduct inventory control checks regularly to prevent stock discrepancies Requirements Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary) Capable of heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Good understanding of retail math, shipping & receiving procedures, and customer service principles Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Job Type:Full-time Pay:$21.08 - $25.38 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
