This is a fully on-site role centered on organization, inventory flow, and team support.There's no desk work here, you'll be the engine in the back making sure everything on the front end runs smoothly.The Day-to-Day The Intake:Receive, unbox, and check in new shipments.You'll be the first to see new arrivals and ensure every item is accounted for.Organization:Keep the stockroom tight and tidy.We move fast, so knowing exactly where a specific item is at any given moment is a superpower.Inventory Accuracy:Help with counts and audits.We hate being out of stock when the system says we have one left, so your attention to detail is huge here.Floor Support:Work closely with the front-of-house team to replenish items quickly so our customers never see an empty shelf.Quality Control:Keep an eye out for damaged goods or labeling errors before they reach the customer.Who You Are You're High-Energy:You prefer being on your feet and active rather than sitting at a desk all day.You're a Perfectionist (in a good way):You notice the small things--a mislabeled box or a crooked stack--and you fix them.You're Tech-Comfortable:You can navigate a handheld scanner or an inventory iPad without a second thought.You're Dependable:Minneapolis winters don't scare you--you show up on time and ready to dive in.You're a Team Player:You have a positive, happy to help attitude that keeps the vibe high even during a busy shipment day.Why Join Us?
