In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, ensuring products are stocked efficiently, and supporting the overall flow of merchandise.Your energy and attention to detail will help create a seamless shopping experience for customers and a well-functioning warehouse operation.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills, gain hands-on experience with warehouse equipment, and work in a lively, team-oriented setting.Duties Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting and inventory control procedures Use RF scanners to track product movement and update inventory records efficiently Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Stock shelves with produce, retail items, and grocery products while maintaining proper merchandising standards Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely processing of goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including cleaning work areas and packing stations Support customer service efforts by helping locate products, answer questions, and assist with retail sales when needed Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery is advantageous; certification preferred Strong communication skills in multiple languages are beneficial for serving diverse customers and team members Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and maintenance tasks Bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and team collaboration Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in retail operations!
