In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers with enthusiasm.Your energy and organizational skills will help create a seamless shopping experience, supporting sales and maintaining a clean, safe environment.If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working with products, this is your chance to make a real impact while developing valuable skills in retail operations.Duties Manage inventory control by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing stock rooms efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely product availability Support customer service efforts by locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly assistance Perform heavy lifting of merchandise and supplies as needed to keep shelves stocked and organized Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies and retail sales initiatives to enhance the shopping experience Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners (training provided if necessary) Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Capable of performing heavy lifting safely for extended periods Knowledge of retail math for stock counts and inventory adjustments Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Stocker and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while honing your skills in inventory management, customer interaction, and retail operations.We're committed to supporting your growth every step of the way!
